Our founder Ambar created the top class self-care destination ‘Alpha Beauty Lounge’ with a passion for not only hair and beauty but creating a positive and empowering environment for you to visit and leave feeling like the 10/10 you are.
We are a new small business with a team full of specialists in their respective departments. Come along for a treatment, a coffee and a catch up with us. Join us in empowering and making eachother the best versions of ourselves! Not just externaly but internally.

Policies
Consultations will be conducted for new customers on every occassion to ensure we provide the best service to meet your needs. Please arrive on time for your appointment, this is to make sure you receive the full benefit of the service and to respect other clients. If you are more than 10 minutes late we reserve the right to reduce your treatment time, in which case you will still be charged in full. For Health and Safety reasons, where possible please attend your appointment alone.
Bookings, Cancellations and Deposits
If you are booking online please be aware bookings are not confirmed until you have entered your card details and completed the booking process. Our team are highly skilled and to ensure we respect their time, we will be asking for deposits on all treatments. If you can not attend your appointment or need to reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. Any no shows or cancellations under 48 hours will be charged in full for the treatment booked on the day.
Cancellation policy is 48 hours. Full amount is payable if cancelled within 48 hours or no show. Deposits are non refundable, deposits can be transferred to another treatment at the salons discretion
